Do you want to be part of setting up a leading early-stage VC in France? Are you passionate about supporting exceptional people in their entrepreneurship journey?

We are currently looking for a **top performing student for an internship or "**_apprentissage_**" role in France** who will be supporting our operational launch in France from day one.

***Responsibilities**:
**Corporate finance**
- Tend to all daily accounting and finance matters. Work closely with the accounting team on all bookkeeping activities ;
- Assist with building the yearly budget and forecasting ;
- Manage cash flows and reporting for French entities ;
- Oversee all personal expense claims processing ensuring alignment to global expense policies ;
- Prepare monthly internal reporting.

**Fund administration**
- Work closely with all stakeholders revolving around a fund (especially fund admin and bank) ;
- Ensure proper collection of LPs' KYCs ;
- Follow monthly recharges to fund ;
- Work on consolidation of portfolio reporting requirements ;
- Assist with regulatory reporting ;
- Collection of founders-related documents/contracts and authorise grant payments to all cohort founders.

**Other**
- Work with the local managing partners on ad hoc finance and program-related projects ;
- Ad hoc project work as and when required.

**Requirements**:
You are a top-performing, driven student with full-time availability for **at least 6 months in Paris.**
- **You are fluent in** **English** - French is a significant plus, other languages nice to have
- You have **relevant experience** in finance, VC, start-ups, consulting or innovation.
- You are currently enrolled in your studies or are doing a gap year in top Business or Engineering Grandes Ecoles, or Top University. Bac+5 minimum.
