L'équipe Produit recherche un Product Manager Confirmé/Senior pour accompagner la croissance de la société et développer les services de demain **.**

**La Team Product**

La team Produit, leader par le Head of Product, est composée de deux Product Managers et d’une Product Designer.

Rôle central dans la société le Product Manager Confirmé/Senior est amené à échanger avec toutes les parties prenantes de la société et à tous les niveaux afin de délivrer le plus de valeur à nos utilisateurs.

La squad est en impact team, c’est à dire en capacité d’agir sur la partie web, mobile et back office en totale autonomie sans dépendance avec les autres squads. Les squads sont toutes composées de : Développeurs Back, Front & Mobile, un QA et un Scrum master. Bien entendu, notre product designer travaillera avec les Product Managers afin d’assurer la cohérence globale.

**Vos missions**

En tant que Product Manager Growth et Compliance, la mission principale sera d’améliorer les funnels de conversion, d’insuffler une approche Product Led Growth et de développer les services web3.
A court terme, l’objectif prioritaire de la squad est de contribuer à l’obtention de l’agrément PSAN de Coinhouse.

Le quotidien du Product Manager sera partagé entre la discovery, le delivery et le go-to-market:
**Discovery**
- Comprendre l’importance des obligations légales dans un secteur en pleine création mais également les craintes et les frustrations utilisateurs face à la nouveauté,
- Travailler sur de nouvelles opportunités avec les différents stakeholders, l’équipe technique et les experts en cryptos,
- Faire de la veille technologique et marché pour alimenter la vision Produit,
- Déployer ta roadmap en co-construction avec le Head of Product,
- Suivre les KPI régulièrement afin d’améliorer le taux de transformation, de conversion et l’ensemble des KPI en lien avec la North Star de la squad.

**Delivery**
- Transformer la roadmap en backlog actionnable pour la squad,
- Etre en charge de la priorisation des incréments à délivrer,
- Collaborer avec l’équipe technique et QA pour proposer les meilleurs solutions,
- Etre pro-actif pour accompagner ta squad au succès.

**Go-to-market**
- Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs, le designer, les responsables de la conformité, les responsables marketing et communication, les sales, le customer success, les équipes crypto... L'esprit d'équipe est la clé de tout chez Coinhouse pour délivrer de la valeur de façon efficace
- Assurer le lancement du produit,
- Mesurer l'impact des features afin d’apprendre, d’améliorer le produit et enfin de prendre les bonnes décisions au niveau de l’entreprise.

**Le profil recherché**
- Minimum trois années d’expérience en tant que Product Manager,
- Motivé(e) et prêt(e) à relever plusieurs défis de front dans un environnement crypto très dynamique,
- Sensibilité aux petits détails qui font toute la différence,
- Problem solver, data oriented et bonne capacité d’analyse,
- Team player et fédérateur(trice),
- Le petit “plus” : des compétences tech, financières et/ou légales,
- Anglais courant.

**Le process de recrutement**
- Un échange avec Julie (Head of People) et Mario (Head of Product) pour apprendre à se connaître,
- Une étude de cas pour mettre en pratique les compétences préparée en direct et présentée devant Mario et Antoine (PM),
- Un échange de fit avec l’équipe produit et un ou deux développeur(s)
- Un échange final avec Olivier (CPMO).
