**Votre mission**:
Tu interviendras sur des missions enrichissantes et variées:
- De la conception jusqu’à l’exploitation, tu interviendras sur tous types de bâtiments
- En favorisant les dialogues au sein de notre équipe pluridisciplinaire, tu pourras superviser et accompagner la conception des bâtiments vertueux
- Tu veilleras à la bonne mise en œuvre sur chantier
- Ta participation et ta bonne coordination seront requises sur des opérations de réception
- Tu faciliteras la communication lors de la passation des travaux vers l’exploitation du bâtiment
- Tu réaliseras le suivi de la performance en exploitation
**Vos atouts**:
Nous cherchons avant tout quelqu’un de motivé(e) qui s’épanouira et s’impliquera dans ses missions. Nous cherchons, évidemment des compétences:
- Un minimum de 3 ans ans d’expérience en bureau d’études ou en facility management
- Une bonne connaissance des enjeux de l’efficacité énergétique et plus globalement de la thermique du bâtiment
- Une maîtrise des enjeux techniques de conception sur des opérations ambitieuses et labellisées (BBC Effinergie, BEPOS, Minergie, etc)
- Une parfaite connaissance des acteurs et des étapes de la construction ou de la rénovation d’un bâtiment, notamment pour les corps d’état techniques
- Une autonomie dans la réalisation des missions, et une organisation sans faille
- Une expérience réussie d’audits techniques et énergétiques et/ou de Garantie de Performance Energétique
- Une maîtrise des logiciels de simulation numérique serait un plus (Calcul RT, Simulation thermique, Simulation énergétique dynamique)
- Une connaissance des méthodologie de travail du commissioning, un diplôme de CBCP®, de CMVP® ou une autre formation reconnue serait un plus
- Une force de proposition en accord avec les valeurs de Sinteo. Notre cocktail de métier permet à chacun de trouver sa place, nous travaillons en synergie avec la maîtrise d’œuvre technique, les acousticiens, écologues et autres métiers liés à l’exploitation du bâtiment.
