As part of Adevinta’s central teams, the Trust and Connecting area offers expertise and solutions for solving user and business problems about trust & transactions, to help our millions of customers trade safely online every day.

Within Trust and Connecting, Serenity team plays a key role in helping us achieve our ‘most trusted’ goal as they are building the global fraud detection and moderation component that will cater to our marketplaces globally. Serenity has had a very successful launch; it’s deployed in 6 countries and is utilising the latest machine learning techniques to provide a safer experience for over 12 million customers in the last 6 months alone. We have many interesting challenges on the horizon and need outstanding team players to join us as we scale. This position is located in Paris 2nd, within Leboncoin’s office; part of the Adevinta family. Our team is distributed in Paris, Vienna and Barcelona.

As a Tech Lead of Auto squad you will be in charge of building a state-of-the-art scalable system. You will collaborate with the team to build a strong shared technological and domain expertise. The Tech Leads drives the team in delivering value through fit-for-purpose solutions and reliable services. As a Tech Lead, you will be accountable for the:
**Product/Service quality**: The primary responsibility of the tech lead is to drive the team in delivering value through fit-for-purpose solutions and reliable services.

**Speed of delivery**: Time to market is a key element in delivering value to our marketplaces. The tech lead works proactively to increase this speed.

**Collaboration on technical topics**: The tech lead is the first partner of the Product Manager and fosters the collaboration between engineers, product managers and end users. He also plays a key role in the collaboration with the squad

**Technical roadmap**: Previous dimensions can generate work for the team members and need to be prioritised and planned. The tech lead works with the Team, the Product Manager and the Engineering Manager to identify the technical needs, analyse their impact and organise to address them.
