**Job Description Summary**

FRENCH:

- Est le garant avec le service production de la qualité des pièces sortantes
- Gère les rebuts, retouches, non conformités, dérogations et modes dégradés
- Gère les zones litiges et coordonne le traitement des pièces non conformes
- Assure la gestion documentaire et la mise à jour des indicateurs
- Communique avec la qualité fournisseur en cas de problème composant
- Réalise, fait réaliser et traite les audits de poste et audits LPA
- Assure le respect des exigences Q4 et IATF en production

ENGLISH:

- Works with the production department to ensure the quality of outgoing parts
- Manages scrap, rework, non-conformities, derogations and degraded modes
- Manages dispute areas and coordinates the processing of non-compliant parts
- Manages documentation and updates indicators
- Communicates with supplier quality in the event of a component problem
- Carries out, arranges for and processes workstation audits and LPA audits
- Ensures compliance with Q4 and IATF requirements in production

**FRENCH**:

- Encadre les techniciens qualité en équipe.
- Suit et communique les résultats Qualité quotidiens et hebdomadaires
- Analyse et reporte les dérives et suit les actions correctives aux non conformités rencontrées
- Pilote les groupes de résolution de problème et les chantiers d’amélioration.
- Participe à l’analyse des causes de réclamations client.
- Suit les pièces en zone litige (transfert informatique, traitement).
- Est garant du suivi des audits LPA, audits de poste, audits choc
- Assure la consultation et les transferts de stocks dans Oracle
- Est le garant de la gestion documentaire qualité production
- Analyse les résultats trimestriels et annuels pour proposer des actions d’amélioration à long terme

**ENGLISH**:

- Supervises quality technicians as part of a team.
- Monitors and reports daily and weekly quality results.
- Analyses and reports deviations and monitors corrective actions for non-conformities encountered
- Leads problem-solving groups and improvement projects.
- Takes part in analysing the causes of customer complaints.
- Follows up items in the dispute area (computer transfer, processing).
- Ensures that the Q4 system and IATF requirements are applied.
- Is responsible for monitoring LPA audits, workstation audits and shock audits.
- Ensures that stocks are consulted and transferred to Oracle
- Is responsible for production quality document management
- Analyses quarterly and annual results to propose long-term improvement actions

**Required Skills and Education**

**FRENCH**
- BAC+5 technique - bonnes connaissances en mesures physiques et connaissance des métiers de la qualité
- Connaissance IATF
- Anglais et francais courant écrit et parlé
- Capacité d'analyse, capacité à convaincre, Management

**ENGLISH**
- BAC+5 technical - good knowledge of physical measurement approaches and knowledge of quality professions
- Knowledge of IATF
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Analytical skills, ability to convince, management skills
