As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of our Finance team, a strategic department directly involved in the company's key decision-making. You will work closely with the management and operational teams, providing financial support to optimise our business performance. You will play a crucial role in our FP&A team, participating in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts, analysing performance and implementing financial strategies to improve the overall performance of the company and its various departments.

***Your missions**:

**1. Financial Reporting**
- Assist in preparing and updating financial reports (P&L, cash flow, and financing) for management and investors
- Support the development of financial dashboards to help monitor key financial KPIs and performance indicators
- Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data for the company and its departments
- Assist in identifying discrepancies between actual results and budget forecasts, and provide suggestions for improvement.

**2. Business partnering**
- Collaborate with various departments to help gather the necessary data for financial forecasts, focusing on budget tracking
- Work with the Accounting team to help monitor expenses and maintain accurate financial records

**3. Financial Modelling**
- Help collect and process data to update financial results and KPIs
- Assist in maintaining financial models to help simulate different scenarios for decision-making
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reviews, and help with impact forecasting

**4. Sales Compensation**
- Assist in developing compensation plans based on company targets
- Provide support in reviewing and optimizing existing compensation plans to enhance team performance
- Administrate compensation plans: implement changes throughout the year, communicate them, and address individual questions

**Your profile**:

- You have 1-2 years of experience
- You have a strong analytical and business-oriented mindset
- You are data-driven
- You are autonomous and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- You are a problem solver, ready to build strong relationships with internal teams and defend your recommendations
- You have experience using Google Sheet / Excel and Salesforce
- You have outstanding writing and oral communication skills both in French and English
- If you have a knowledge of Amalia and Pigment it is a plus
