Logistics Specialist

Expedited Services Specialists manage cost and logistics execution plan in a manner that shall meet business fulfillment requirements, compliance and on time delivery. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for creating shipping documentation and for communicating all necessary information related to shortage and warrantied shipments from sourcing to suppliers, freight forwarders and broker/agents. Tracking status and monitoring is reported in logistics system and communicated to the site projects team.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

Education or Experiences:

- Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree - Focus in Logistics preferred
- International logistics experience preferred: transportation, customs, warehousing, supply chain principles

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for international shipment of all shortages & warrantied material of project
- Create shipping documentation and certification in compliance with international business legislation
- Coordinate with Sourcing procurement, suppliers, freight forwarder and customs agents to ship to sites on time
- Collect and verify all transport and export documents
- Expedited Services shipments are door to door all regions and involve tracking and providing up to date information on all of these shipments to the sites from origin until delivery utilizing internal logistics system or Oracle Transport management system.
