Notre client est une start up française basée à Strasbourg et fondée par un ingénieur informatique et un médecin avec comme objectif de faciliter le protocole médicale. La société développe un logiciel permettant l'aide à la prise de décision ainsi que l'accompagnement des médecins dans l'aide à la réalisation des diagnostics.
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, il recherche son nouveau Product designer senior en CDI.

Rattaché au Product manager, votre mission principale consiste à concevoir des expériences utilisateur intuitives, pertinentes et adaptées. Vous avez pour responsabilité de créer des interfaces et des interactions qui répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs de manière efficace et dans une approche résolument agile.

Vos missions:

- Définir les objectifs du produit et les exigences fonctionnelles.
- Faciliter les ateliers d'idéation et de co-conception avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Création de wireframes, maquettes et prototypes interactifs.
- Etre garant du processus de conception tout en veillant à ce que les normes de qualité et les meilleures pratiques soient respectées.
- Collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes pour concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer le Design System.
- Participation aux cérémonies agiles.
- Rédaction de user stories front décrivant les interactions imaginées.
- Collaboration avec l'équipe de développement afin d'assurer une mise en œuvre optimisée des maquettes et composants d'interface.
- Participation aux tests d'acceptation et respecter les standards de qualité définis.
- Participation au processus de Discovery et amélioration continue (recherche utilisateurs, tests, design sprint.).

Mais aussi:

- Maîtrise des outils de conception et co-conception (Figma, Figjam, Miro) et maîtrise des outils de facilitation et d'intelligence collective comme Miro.
- Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes de design de manière créative et innovante.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions basées sur des données et des insights utilisateurs.
- Connaissance de Stories Onboard et de Jira est un plus.
