Each one of us is a crucial part of the squad and we're always on the lookout for A+ players. - **WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Ensure day-do-day communication and build long-term relationships with some of the top mobile apps, game developers and agencies in EMEA - Strive to understand business models & focus areas of your clients and be their strategic partner to grow their mobile retargeting efforts - Take full accountability for campaign success from onboarding to evergreen status and partner closely with Sales and Campaign management team - Ensure ongoing monthly client budgets are maintained, fulfilled, and scaling - Provide clients with reporting and high-quality presentation, successfully demonstrating the value of Adikteev’s services and offerings - Be responsible for client business reviews, communicate campaign optimisations and escalate any internal issues and concerns raised by clients - Work with Marketing to create value from the client in the form of case studies, product reviews, surveys, - **WHO YOU ARE** You will be a good fit for the Engineering team at Adikteev if you: - At least 3 years of experience in account management in the AdTech/Gaming industry, ideally within the EMEA market - Mobile marketing expert - excellent understanding of mobile KPIs, strategy and industry trends and ability to explain complex concepts in simple & concise ways. - Customer-obsessed with high standards for yourself, demonstrating world-class service to clients daily. - Demonstrate good time and priority management to be able to be available for your clients as well as for your team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is frequent - High-degree of ownership - Team player with high level of autonomy - Fluent English; French, Russian or Hebrew is a plus. - **PERKS AND BENEFITS** - Competitive Salary ; - Performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs; - Profit-sharing scheme ("Prime de participation") ; - Longevity bonus every 2 years ; - Healthcare plan with excellent coverage (50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - €9 Lunch Vouchers (Tickets Restaurant - SWILE card - 50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - 4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off) ; - “RTT” ; - 50% of transportation fees covered by Adikteev (Navigo Pass) - Mental Health support ; - Flexible remote working policy ; - Regular team-life event / activity - Parental leave Policy. - ** OUR PROCESS** - Call with Maxime, Talent Acquisition Partner - Team fit interview with Antoine, Chief Customer Operations - Use case to complete remotely and present to Nadya, EMEA/APAC Head of Revenue,and Ashmita, Senior Client Partner - Final interview with Emilien, Co-Founder, and Clément, Chief Operations Officer **We prioritize people, not just job titles.** Not everyone will make it through our hiring process, but your skills might just be the perfect match for another adventure we have now or down the road. - As an Employer of choice, Adikteev does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
