En tant que Backend Engineer, tu seras en charge de la conception et des développements Back, et tu auras pour missions de:

- Développer des fonctionnalités en construisant un code de qualité: maintenable & scalable,
- Aider ton équipe à prioriser les fonctionnalités produit en fonction des contraintes techniques pour apporter un maximum de valeur à ton business,
- Contribuer au choix d’infrastructure du projet et à la stack technique,
- Présenter aux autres équipes les évolutions que tu as apportées,
- Rester ouvert à toute nouvelle technologie susceptible d’apporter stabilité et évolutivité.
- Tu as minimum **1 an d’expérience** en tant que développeur de backend.
- Tu as déjà travaillé dans une entreprise avec un **Framework Python **(Django / Flask / FastAPI).
- Tu ship du **code de haute qualité** (code propre, BDD, DDD, SOLID).
- Tu apprécies la **proactivité** et mets tes connaissances au service du produit.
- Notre **stack** te parle : AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Django Rest Framework, React, Elasticsearch, Kibana + Metabase.
- Tu crois en l’**esprit d’équipe** et tu grandis avec l’équipe.
- Tu aimes l’**agilité et Scrum** et tu détestes le cycle en V.
- Tu parles et écris facilement en **anglais** au moins.
- Tu aimes rester à jour avec l’écosystème backend grâce à une bonne **veille technologique**.
- Tu maîtrises **tous les aspects du développement** : de l’outil de construction au linting, tous les aspects du backend font partie de tes compétences.
- Tu apprécies le **partage** entre équipes : parce que tu fais partie de 25 passionnés à la product & tech team
