**Your Mission**:
Within this position, your role will focus on managing and optimizing financial processes to Cash Collection and Dematerialization.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in automation and digital transformation in collections and document management.

Your main missions will focus on the following missions:

- Cash Collection Optimization:

- Analyze current cash collection processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to streamline cash flow, reduce payment delays, and improve cash management.
- Implement automated solutions for cash collection processes, such as payment matching, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Dematerialization Projects:

- Lead and support dematerialization initiatives, focusing on reducing paper-based processes and transitioning to digital document management.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of digital documentation into SAP systems.
- Implement solutions for electronic invoicing, digital archiving, and automated approval workflows.
- Reporting & Analysis:

- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports related to cash collection, aging, and dematerialized document workflows.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive improvements in cash flow and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics to senior management.

**Your Profile**:
Graduated from a bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field, you already have a proven experience of 3-5 years in cash collection or financial operations and justify the following skills:

- Experience with dematerialization projects or digital transformation within financial systems is a strong plus
- Expertise in AR, collections
- Experience with digital document management solutions and ERP integrations
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
