**Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un INGÉNIEUR CONTRATS HPP pour une durée minimum de 12 mois en Ethiopie.**

Dans le cadre du projet Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, pour lequel notre client agit en tant que représentant de l'employeur, l'ingénieur contrat sera en charge de la coordination et de la supervision des activités contractuelles sur le site (gestion quotidienne des contrats, gestion des réclamations et des variations).

En relation directe et étroite avec le bureau du site, l'équipe du siège et le client éthiopien, il supervisera la documentation contractuelle du projet et assistera le client dans ses efforts pour gérer le riche cadre contractuel, à l'interface avec les contractants du projet.

L'ingénieur contractuel est le référent pour toutes les questions liées au contrat.

**PROFIL**
- Compétences requises : Expertise mínimale requise : 20 ans minimum dont 10 ans minimum en gestion de contrats
- Domaines d'expertise:

- Large expérience dans la gestion de contrats EPC (FIDIC argent/jaune), y compris les réclamations, les variations.
- Expérience du processus de règlement des litiges
- Expérience des grands projets de développement d'infrastructures et des chantiers de construction en Afrique (sur site) ;
- Expérience dans des pays étrangers, de préférence en Afrique (5 ans minimum) ;
- Expérience des projets hydroélectriques ;
- Compétences en matière d'administration et de gestion d'équipe ;
- Forte autonomie et capacités décisionnelles ;
- Aisance relationnelle dans un contexte international.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable ; celle du français est appréciée mais non exigée.
