**Responsibilities**:

- Participated in project meetings to define/recover specifications for tools production.
- Conducted regular exchanges with manufacturing line operators to gather feedback.
- Conducted studies on tools, involving adaptation of existing bases or complete design of new tools.
- Performed mechanical design of both simple and complex elements constituting the tooling.
- Responsible for selecting system components.
- Executed CAD design using Catia V5.
- Created detailed plans with ISO/GPS ratings.
- Oversaw the launch of parts and tools in manufacturing, either with a supplier or internally depending on complexity.
- Monitored supplier progress with technical exchanges.
- Monitored the manufacturing process.
- Oversaw tool reception and conducted quality control.
- Updated the internal client progress monitoring database.
