The Procurement department at INSEAD is responsible for managing supplies and negotiating contracts with vendors to optimize costs and ensure the quality of goods and services. It works closely with various units of the school to meet their needs while adhering to ethical and sustainable standards.

INSEAD is seeking a **Procurement Analyst**to join our Procurement Department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

**About the job**

Reporting to the Associate Director of Procurement, you will play a key role in managing the strategic portfolio for Professional Services, Travel, Events, and Marketing categories. Your responsibilities will include providing analytical insights, supporting sourcing and operational activities, and collaborating with the team to enhance procurement processes. You will ensure compliance, manage risks, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.

**Your role within the team**
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse market data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Portfolio Management: Support contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation across procurement portfolios.
- Supplier Relations: Cultivate relationships with strategic suppliers to enhance collaboration and value.
- Operational Support: Assist in procurement projects, negotiations, and sourcing strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- Compliance Focus: Ensure adherence to policies and standards while managing vendor relationships.
- Pay to Procure (P2P) Process Support: Review and approve Purchase Orders, contributing to smooth P2P processes internally and with vendors.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to understand needs and promote collaborative procurement approaches.
- Master in Procurement; MCIPS or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Procurement administration & P2P
- Strategic sourcing, complex tender and contract management expertise
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, risks mitigation
- Project management, team management
- Stakeholder engagement, Supplier Performance Management, commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, outgoing personality
- Work effectively with others, readily share information, and support a collaborative work environment
