**Mission**
Successfully drive the implementation of new industrial means on for McPhy's growth projects (increase of production capacity).
**Main responsibilities**
- Work in coordination with Manufacturing/ Quality & EHS / Services and Engineering to drive the EPU (Electrolyzer Process Unit):
- Define with engineering team the right specifications to build the EPU’s assembly process;
- Define the industrial characteristics of the equipment (capacity, testing cycle time, safety, repeatability);
- Make sure all the requests in term of EHS-Quality and Performance are aligned.
- Work in coordination with Manufacturing/ Quality & EHS and Engineering to drive the Stack assembly robotization:
- Define the industrial characteristics of the equipment (capacity, cycle time, safety, repeatability);
- Define the right lay-out with component feeding;
- Supervise the robotization supplier with the right industrialization milestones (provisionary acceptance, final reception,).
- Provide a support to the manufacturing team to improve the processes’ capability and reduce quality issues, with clear process description and working standards (work instructions, routines, Process control plans).
**Main skills & profil**
- Engineering or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing or project management;
- Able to plan and pilot a project of investment in the manufacturing implementation;
- Capable of defining process controls, work instructions and routines;
- Able to analyze results and to synthetize solutions;
- Able to work in transverse Teams (EHS-Quality-Methods);
- Experience in a multicultural work environment;
- In depth knowledge and experience of**:
- Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA);
- Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA);
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP);
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP);
- Lean Manufacturing techniques such as Six Sigma.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French;
- German would be appreciated, Italian is a plus;
- This position requires business travel to all McPhy's and external sites based on activities related to the requirements of this position (~25% of worktime).
