As we continue to expand our team specializing in Legal entity management, we are looking for a Legal Associate for our office in Mauritius, based in Ebene.

**MISSION**:

- Ensure compliance of all legal entities with applicable laws and regulations;
- Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
- Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
- Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
- Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.

**PROFIL**
- Law degree;
- Junior with initial professional experience (internship and mini pupillage accepted);
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English;
- Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
- Good oral communication skills;
- Sense of service and team spirit.
