Working as a core member of our ABL France team, you will provide Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) and Transport & Installation (T&I) consultancy services on offshore renewable and oil and gas projects. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving loading, transportation, and offshore installation procedures, providing technical expertise through the design, construction, and installation phases.

**What will you be doing?**
- Review and provide feedback on documents, calculations, and procedures, participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical meetings.
- Manage projects to meet client objectives, service level agreements, and timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Conduct analyses for transportation, heavy lifting, and installation activities, and act as a technical authority during project execution.
- Guide on-site inspectors and coordinate their deployment onshore and offshore, supporting other technical teams as needed.
- Travel to sites to perform Marine Warranty Surveys and inspections, ensuring project quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and Project / Department Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partner with the Head of Department and other stakeholders in business development activities such as client meetings and proposal development.
- Prepare monthly project status reports for clients and Department Managers.
- Oversee project invoicing processes to ensure timely financial management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to our culture of development within ABL Group.
- Uphold Quality & HSE responsibilities, promoting compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally, you will be an experience T&I / Methods Engineer with proven experience working on either offshore renewable or oil and gas projects. More specifically, we are looking for the following:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Technical expertise in the subsea, offshore, and maritime installations.
- Familiarity with ship engineering and offshore development project lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with marine loading, transportation, and installation operations.
- Fluent in both French and English.

**Further Information**:
The role is based at our office in Paris (21, Rue de la Fontaine au Roi, 75011), and you must have the legal right to work and reside in France.

You must be ready and willing to travel at short notice to onshore or offshore assignments locally or globally.
