You join the Middle Office Trade Support Operations (formerly MOTrade CE) service composed of 10 employees attached to the Group Services division, dedicated to the Trade finance operations of the BPCE Group Bringing together 21 employees.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

- Help customers master our processing tools and navigate their operations;
- Assist clients in their export and import LC operations, including the analysis of SWIFT and complex files;
- Contribute to the implementation of credit committee decisions, recording commitment limits and monitoring exposure risk;
- Participate in improving customer service, ensuring reliability of processing times and managing complaints.

Your smooth communication with other internal and external stakeholders (back-offices, IT support teams, International Business Managers, risk departments, compliance department, etc.) is essential to ensure the success of transactions processed.

As Middle Office Trade Manager, you participate in the deployment of digitization tools and contribute to IT projects that impact your business.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us
Higher education, you have at least three years of experience in similar positions.

You are proficient:

- The management of banking operations of type trade finance: documentary credit import/export, documentary remittance, Rules & Practices governing letters of credit,... ;
- The Office Pack (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) especially for the creation of presentations documents, documents and analyses.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Recognized for your analytical skills and thoroughness;
- Used to dealing with stressful situations;
- Appreciated for your team spirit.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
