**Haddad Brands Europe**, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren ) across Europe.
Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over **500 employees across Europe**.
We distribute our products through both **wholesale**working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers and **retail**, via our concessions in department stores.
In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0-7 for Nike, 0-16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, **the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us,** even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store.
To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a **Digital Marketing Manager.**
**CORE RESPONSABILITY**
**Campaign Management**
- Plan, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all accounts, brands, and 3rd-party partners
- Manage budget and timelines in line with annual marketing plans
**Data & Analytics**
- Analyze performance across digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities
- Refine marketing strategies based on results
- Provide comprehensive reports on campaign KPIs
**Collaboration & Communication**
- Partner with sales and retailer teams to align marketing with business goals
- Attend client meetings and category events
- Review sales materials to ensure alignment with brand messaging
**Content & Tools**
- Create digital assets according to retail partner specifications
- Build digital sales toolkits for internal and external use
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Over 5 years of experience in fashion and sports retail, specializing in merchandising and buying.
- Experience in premium fashion brands as a plus
**SKILLS**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- **Technical Skills**: Strong command of **web analytics**, **A/B testing**, and **data-driven performance marketing**. Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite**, with **advanced Excel skills**.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Highly **collaborative** yet autonomous, able to **influence**, build trust, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- **Soft Skills**: Detail-oriented, organized, and **positive-minded**, with a proactive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- **Personal Qualities**: Integrity, motivation, and a strong sense of accountability.
**EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS**:
