**Position Duties**:
Dans le cadre de la production de Flashback 2, Paul Cuisset et Microids Studio Lyon recherchent un Associate Producer.

Sous la direction de l'équipe de management et de Paul Cuisset, vous aurez à charge de participer à la planification, au suivi du projet et au respect des bonnes pratiques de travail.

Au sein d'une équipe dynamique et à taille humaine en pleine croissance, vous participerez à la réalisation de ce nouvel opus de Flashback plein d'ambition.

En association avec le Producer, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Participer à la planification, veiller au respect des délais de livraison et du bon avancement des sujets de production en cours
- Proposer des feuilles de route à long terme pour les backlogs
- Formaliser la portée / le scope des domaines dont vous aurez la charge (backlogs)
- Définir pipelines et workflow pour livrer ces scopes
- Suivre au quotidien les différentes thématiques de production et s'assurer de la synchronisation des équipes métiers
- Reporter fréquemment au Producer et autres parties prenantes l'état et la progression des travaux ;
- Centraliser l'information et veiller à la bonne circulation auprès des équipes ;
- Analyser et reporter le différentiel du planning initialement prévu ;
- Être force de proposition quant aux ressources et moyens à mettre en oeuvre pour d'optimiser le bon déroulement du projet ;
- Travailler en collaboration étroite avec les responsables créatifs pour assurer la qualité des livrables dans le respect des objectifs qualitatifs ;
- Suivre l'état de la base de bugs avec un rapport régulier sur son état.

Pratiquement vous interviendrez principalement, mais pas uniquement, sur:

- backlog de tâches
- feuilles de routes
- registre des processus de la team
- animation des réunions
- comptes rendus
- communications adhoc dans la messagerie de la team
- base de bugs
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un BAC+5 avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet
- Vous justifiez absolument d'une première expérience réussie à un poste similaire
- Vous maîtrisez plusieurs méthodologies de gestion de projet et êtes rompu aux outils de production (type Favro, Notion, Hansoft, Jira....)
- Autonome, rigoureux(se), vous possédez des qualités relationnelles indéniables pour valoriser une communication constructive auprès des équipes et du management
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'une grande capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous faites preuve d'initiative et êtes force de proposition.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultat, sans perdre de vue les enjeux humains
- Anglais courant
