That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. **Your role**: As experienced Project & Process Excellence Expert you push forward continuous improvement within the EMEA Customer Excellence Team (Customer Service) in the Process Solutions (best-in class products and templates for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing), Life Science Business Area. You lead complex projects and initiatives to execute our global strategy, foster digitalization and improve the "Order to Cash" transactional processes. You evaluate and challenge the As-Is effectiveness with metrics you establish with reporting tools and collaborate with internal Business Partners on (global) cross divisional projects. Through your leadership capabilities and strong communication skills you ensure your projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope. You are in charge to lead and develop a continuous improvement culture in our Customer Excellence Team. You mentor improvement projects, pilot Lean and Six Sigma Belts and have a close collaboration with the Global Operational Excellence communities. You act as a change agent. You are comfortable in a dynamic organization. **The position is based in Molsheim (67).** **Who you are: - Bachelor's degree with 3 years professional experience in a customer facing environment - Confirmed project management skills (e.g., resource planning, schedule management, critical path planning, project team communication, and risk mitigation). PMI or equivalent certificate appreciated. - Lean Six Sigma certification appreciated (ex: green belt) - Strong communicator with ability to influence in a matrix environment - Experience of working in an international or multicultural team - Team player and global vision. - Computer skills: Excel advanced. SAP and CRM tool appreciated - Digitally fluent - strong analytical skills. - English fluent (written, spoken).
