We are looking for a **Software Engineer** to join our **Machine Learning and NLP** global team.

Enghouse Interactive helps transform the call center from a cost center to a powerful growth engine. Artificial Intelligence is among our featured product categories. We empower contact center teams with AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) driven solutions.

**The Role.**

This is a REMOTE role.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Design and develop NLP and ML algorithms and models for customer conversation analysis and information extraction.
- Implement and optimize ML algorithms for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate mainly with R&D teams but also with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models and algorithms into the multichannel and multilingual contact center and insights solutions.

**What you bring.**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or NLP field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in NLP and ML libraries such as NLTK, TensorFlow, etc.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Bonus if you have.**
- Experience in developing and deploying ML models in a production environment is an added advantage.
- Agile software development with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
