**Le poste**:
Au sein de la Direction Supply Chain COTY France, vous exercez vos fonctions au sein du Customer Service Consumer Beauty et êtes rattaché.e au Customer Service Manager.

Vos missions principales sont:
Pilotage opérationnel d’un portefeuille de clients tactiques de la commande jusqu'à la facturation. Traiter les commandes tout en s’alignant avec ces clients pour standardiser les pratiques Coty.

Etre le garant de la concrétisation du business en relation avec les autres service COTY :Assurer la relation clients
Assurer l’interface avec notre entrepôt logistique basé à Barcelone
Assurer les relations avec les Compte-clés Coty.

En appui du Responsable Customer Service, déployer et piloter opérationnellement la Relation Clients:

- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance afin de proposer des actions correctives et participer à leur mise en œuvre.
- Participer aux négociations logistiques et aux points mensuels avec les Enseignes (Taux de service, qualité, suivi référencements )
- Suivre les pénalités multi-enseignes : identifier les déviations, mener les actions correctrices en collaboration avec les Clients et le prestataire de gestion des litiges et pénalités.
- Être le support pour la mise en œuvre des fondamentaux du Customer Service

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes issu.e d’une formation supérieure (BAC+4/5) spécialisation en Supply Chain.
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience en Supply Chain, Commerce ou Service Client, dans le secteur de la grande distribution.
- Vous maîtrisez Excel (VBA si possible) et connaissez SAP (module DS)
- Vous parlez anglais. L’espagnol est un plus.
- Vous avez un bon relationnel et une communication claire pour interagir avec de multiples interlocuteurs internes et externes (clients).
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, proactivité et de capacité d’anticipation et priorisation
- En tant que Leader opérationnel, vous êtes apte au changement et démontrez un esprit collectif. Votre sens de l’autonomie, votre adaptabilité, et votre capacité d’écoute et de synthèse peuvent compenser quelques années d’expérience
