Overall Responsibilities

Enable the commercial strategy of Ethicon France with an omnichannel approach.

The aim is to increase and maximize stakeholder engagement and improve business outcomes using an appropriate mix of channels and activities, both online and offline. Drives and implements digital marketing capabilities within the country deploy EMEA-developed campaigns and helps to connect marketing activities to sales activities for maximum impact.

You will be closely working with Olivier Tintorini (Strategic Solutions and Digital Surgery Lead) and Celine Chevrier (Director Strategic Solutions Digital Healthcare CSS & France).

Position duties and responsibilities:

- Set up MT omnichannel Capabilities (Website, Lead Module, ect)
- Design MT local governance link to our strategy
- Identify different priority channels to support franchise strategy
- Runs agile sprints to deploy and execute on omnichannel campaigns:

- Localize (including translating) EMEA-developed campaigns for the French market to ensure consistency of messaging and to accelerate time to market
- Collaborate with marketing teams and the Country Omnichannel in charge of content to ensure brands alignment and content generation
- Deployment of the content & assets in the right channels including maintenance of the campaign, content landing pages and drive traffic (Search optimization, Paid media, social media, E-mailing)
- Participate in the EMEA community and share our best practices and results with the EMEA community
- Build and create a network. Create engagement in social media for different topics align with the Franchise priorities
- Analyze data and results to optimize the strategy.
- Coordinate activities with the remote selling team and ensure proper coordination of Leads nurturing
- Maintenance of brand integrity in campaign design
- Connect with the French Sales force effectiveness team to ensure marketing activities are ultimately tied to sales activities
- Lead change management program for local marketers, including upskilling, coaching, and guidance to come along the omnichannel journey.

**Qualifications**:

- Education Requirements: University/Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 5 years of related business experience with seasoned expertise in digital and omnichannel strategy
- Experience & Skills:

- Ability to drive and coordinate agile sprints and coordinate with the regional team
- Project Management and IT capabilities
- Good writing and messaging skills (English and French)
- Content marketing
- Health Care market experience is a plus
- Advanced channel (mix) and digital expertise
- Experience in Digital media buying, and SEA is a plus
- Medical Technology experience
- Working with multifunctional teams
- Agile & resilient

Minimum Language required
- French: Preferred
- English: Business fluent
