Join Forvia-Faurecia as a HR Transformation Projects Apprentice and be at the forefront of revolutionizing our HR initiatives across our Group
As a HR Transformation apprentice, you will work closely with the Global HR team to support the implementation of new HR tools and processes across the Group.
You will participate in various HR projects related to talent acquisition, employer brand, learning, D&I, and organizational development:
- Act as an internal consultant, conducting thorough diagnostics, external benchmarking, and providing insightful reports and recommendations
- Assist in the implementation and ramp-up of various digital HR transformational projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption within Forvia (Artificial Intelligence, Employer branding, Onboarding app, People analytics....)
- Craft engaging presentations for regular calls with the HR community, facilitating project follow-up and fostering collaboration
- Prepare comprehensive deployment documents for HR projects, including user guides, communication packages, and instructional videos
- Provide support for the follow-up of HR projects through active participation in steering committees and status meetings, ensuring project milestones are met effectively
This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of HR Transformation project and to work with highly experienced HR professionals (you will be working directly with the Group HR Lab Director). You will also have the opportunity to network with our Global Network and to learn about the latest HR trends

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough diagnostics and benchmarking
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey recommendations and project updates effectively.
- You speak English perfectly
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to create comprehensive deployment documents and user guides.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success.
- Pursuing or possessing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
