**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
Within the Core Investments platform, the Quant Investment Engineering teams provide quantitative services to serve Fixed Income Investment strategies and Equity Quantitative Investments.

Quantitative Investment Engineering applies data and quantitative techniques and Research framework to automate/implement business processes research, modeling, simulation, and visualization. Its main responsibility is to develop the internal Quant research platform, which aims at illustrating and analyzing complex market dynamics to improve the investment decision process in collaboration with Quant Researchers and Portfolio Managers.

The recruited person will work side by side with CORE Quantitative and Investment teams & data scientists across CORE organization as well Quant Technology group.

In that context, main responsibilities will be:
(I) Collaborate with our team of Quantitative Researchers and Data Scientists. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, fine-tune, and implement a wide range of algorithms and machine learning models tailored to the needs of various departments within our organization.

(II) Get involve the development of specialized and strategic models, signals, and portfolio construction methodologies. You will be working closely with our team of Portfolio Managers and Researchers.

Facilitate the work of our Quantitative Research, Data Science, and Portfolio Engineering teams within a Python-based environment. You will actively interact with our Data Management and Architecture teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Contribute to the development of the internal quantitative library coded in python
- Backtesting & Simulation environment
- Take ownership and manage projects effectively to ensure clear communication around expectations, timelines, and vision with stakeholders
- Evaluate, design, and support complex and critical data pipelines
- Build and improve machine learning, Models, Signals, and analytics platform, from clean data sourcing to robust testing and validation protocols to seamless update and production capabilities
- Explore innovative technologies both within and outside of AXA-IM to see if any of them can help make our products run faster, increase stability, etc
- Contribute to Gen A.I expansion amongst Investment process workflows and responsibilities

**Votre profil**:
**Skills and Experience**
- 5-8 years of experience, if possible, in Asset Management / Investment Banking
- Strong Python programming skills
- Good knowledge in Machine learning/Data Science - Artificial Intelligence
- GenAI Interest / Enthusiasm
- Knowledge Econometrics and Standard financial Statistical Methods
- Knowledge and experience in Data warehouse and relational databases
- Knowledge of Git and software deployment in cloud environment.
- Sound grasp of software design principles to deliver maintainable systems
- Understanding of fundamental data structures
- Understanding of financial markets and financial products

**Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Second European language, particularly French, is an advantage
