Lilly recherche **son ou sa futur(e) alternant(e) Assistant(e) Manager Marketing & Ventes**dès la rentrée de **septembre 2025**.

**Descriptif du poste**:

- Secrétariat divers (téléphone, rédaction de courriers, de messages électroniques, mailing, classement, distribution du courrier etc ) ;
- Organisations de réunions internes et externes ;
- Organisation de la billetterie voyage ;
- Création de bons de commandes, approbation de factures, mise à jour du tableau de suivi des dépenses ;
- Aide et vérification des notes de frais de l’équipe ;
- Commande ECAT, suivi des stocks, création des références, publication, dépublication des remis ;
- Préparation des cartons pour les séminaires ;
- Support administratif aux équipes Marketing et Ventes Oncologie ;
- Gestion et envoi de matériel pour les congrès nationaux.

**Profil recherché**:
Niveau BAC + 2.

**Compétences requises**:

- Connaissances des techniques de secrétariat.
- Connaissances de Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
