**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- At least 5 years’ professional experience in operating medium
- to large-scale networks;
- Relevant practical experience with:

- Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI);
- F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM);
- Familiarity with Ansible and Python in the context of network automation;
- Advanced knowledge on Cisco and HPE routing and switching;
- Working knowledge on:

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL);
- VMware vSphere;
- ITIL v3 processes;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

**Desirable**:

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)/Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching;
- Previous experience with public sector clients;
- Knowledge of French.

**Duties/role**:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network components, using automation where possible;
- Acknowledging, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets (incidents, problems, and changes) in a correct way;
- Coordinating and escalating incidents internally or to third-party partners when required;
- Contributing to the design of network solutions;
- Maintaining relevant documents/manuals describing the network infrastructure;
- Providing input to an incident, problem, and defect post-closure analysis to the Incident/Problem Manager and/or the Technical Team Leader;
- Participating, on a punctual basis, in specific projects related to own specialty;
- Participating in standby duty 7x24 (about 1 week/month).
