**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:

- Collaborating with the commercial team to assist customers in optimising the use of silage inoculants and DFM solutions.
- Delivering specialised technical assistance and fostering strong relationships with direct customers, business partners, and industry stakeholders
- Visiting accounts and leads (B2B and B2C) to provide training, education, and product demonstrations.
- Leading the development and implementation of trial protocols with Contract Research Organisations (CROs) and monitoring research studies.
- Aligning initiatives with regional technical and sales teams to meet overall sales goals.Representing Novonesis at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

**Potentially relevant experience**:

- A Master’s degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine, with extensive knowledge of silage and dairy cow management and nutrition.
- Extensive business experience in the feed industry sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in visiting dairy farms and using silage inoculants effectively.
- The ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, tailored to farmers and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in French (native level) and a high level of proficiency in English.
- Strong technical skills combined with a commercial understanding of customer needs.
- A proven track record in solution selling of additives for animal nutrition and health
- Your ability to travel up to 50% of your time within France (as the primary focus), as well as to Spain and Portugal, will be essential. Occasional travel to Denmark and other EU countries may also be required.
