Reporting line
N+1: Sales Manager France
N+2: Chairman

**POSITION MISSIONS and PROFILE WANTED**

Main tasks
- Actively prospect in the field to acquire new customers. (frequent travels)
- Closely monitor current quotations.
- Listen to customer needs and opportunities.
- Bring negotiations to a successful conclusion while respecting the company's interests.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts outside the project.
- Represent the company at trade events.
- Report your activity via CRM.

**Job profile**

Required training:
BAC+2 in thermics, mechanics or electrical engineering.
Complemented by training and/or sales experience.

**Required skills**:
Dynamism, Analysis, Conviction, Commitment.

**Experience required**:
At least 5 years' experience in designing special industrial machines and/or industrial thermal equipment.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

Hours: Executive status, 218-day package

**Salary**: Depending on experience, comprising a fixed salary over 13 months, plus a variable component.
Company car (3008 type), PC and smartphone.
Profit-sharing, bonus, luncheon vouchers, CE, mutual insurance company.
