**Role Purpose**:
To undertake business assurance assessments and recommend certification, deferral, suspension or withdrawal of certification, validation or verification against the appropriate standards. Where directed, act as assessment Team Leader ensuring the delivery of the assessment requirements to the client.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead assessment teams effectively, ensuring that the visit is completed within the agreed timescales, co-ordinating team findings to reach conclusions and timely production of the visit report.
- Support and undertake technical reviews in accordance with current procedures and agreed timescales ensuring that all duties are carried out right first time
- Actively build strong client and internal relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil their expectations
- Supervise and coach Assessors under training, recommending authorisation and further development activities as appropriate. Mentor less experienced Assessors to assist in the development of their professional skills.
- Participate in projects and additional ad hoc tasks as directed in a prompt and efficient manner such as assessor development, product development, training material development or projects. Where directed, support the delivery of commercial training services.
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in mechanical and / or electrical (at least BAC +2 in
- Experience : 3 to 5 years in industry (2 years in quality system)
- Have substantial experience in third party assessments including system level auditing and process level auditing,
- Have a good knowledge of industry and regulation / customers’ requirements,
- Able to manage customers’ meeting to support development of Key Accounts, as support to Sales and Customer Service.
- Knowledge IRCA or ICA qualification will be appreciated
- Good communication skills in French and English.
