The Store Manager leads Coty’s flagship boutique, delivering luxury service and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Store Manager, you are responsible for luxury retail excellence.
You ensure the boutique operates at the highest standards, delivering an ultra-premium client experience while driving business performance and team engagement. You are the face of the brand and a key player in its growth.
**Your main focus**:

- Ensure boutique operational excellence
- Drive sales performance and client loyalty
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Plan and execute brand animations and events
- Deliver exceptional luxury service and client experience

The team consists of 2 Beauty Advisors, and you will work closely with departments such as Marketing, Communications, Training, and Retail Operations. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to lead, inspire, and deliver luxury experiences. As an experienced Store Manager, you are hands-on, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Other than that, you:

- Have 4+ years of experience in luxury retail, ideally in niche fragrance
- Are skilled in team management and client portfolio development
- Master POS systems and CRM tools
- Are fluent in French and in English and bring strong storytelling skills
- Have experience hosting events and masterclasses
