THE ROLE

Within the Terminals and Inland QSSE Department, your mission is to ensure the implementation of the QSSE policy and standards regarding the activities of terminals for which you are responsible.

**Your objectives are**:
To improve the QSSE level of maturity and the QSSE performance of all terminals of your portfolio

Promote and develop a common QSSE culture using leadership, management, and monitoring tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**As a QSSE Terminals Expert, you**:
Implement a common safety culture within the terminals of your portfolio

Manage and animate the QSSE Advisors network for each terminal through seminars, webinars, e-learnings, periodic reports, and use of corporate tools

Are in charge of the risk mapping of terminals

Challenge terminals by following their KPIs and action plans

Ensure the implementation of the QSSE Corporate policy and the related standards in each terminal

Carry out QSSE Corporate audits, trainings, and specific missions in each terminal in the planning and at the management request

Ensure the back up of the others QSSE Experts in their absence

Participate to the crisis team as member in compliance with the global crisis management plan and to the emergency lines 24/7 at the request

Participate to the improvement and review of the QSSE TI Guidelines

Participate to the corporate reports and standards released by the QSSE TI Division

Ensure an advisory role and support to terminals, headquarters depts and subsidiaries

Participate at the request to future terminals in project for the QSSE expertise part

Take the responsibilities of specific projects and participate to other ones as contributor

Lead onsite investigation in case of severe accidents at the request

Ensure the role of CSR contributor for the concerned terminals portfolio.

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

QSE engineer training

At least 5 years of experience in HSE management in multi sites. Experience in the port sector is recommended

International mobility for on-site missions (10 weeks minimum). Planned missions but travel in case of emergency to be expected

Independent, agile, team player, familiar with digital tools, open to international and different cultures, motivated, innovative, curious, and mobile are the essential qualities for this position

Fluent English and French

Excellent knowledge of the O365 office suite.
