**Missie**:
Je bent de sterke schakel tussen je Store Manager en de verkoopteams en helpt de klantenservice te verbeteren door middel van persoonlijke coaching die je teams samenbrengt.
**Jouw uitdagingen**:
- KPI's nauwlettend in de gaten houden, zodat je team dagelijks de verkoopdoelen kan halen
- Ontwikkel cohesie, motivatie en vaardigheden door te delegeren, verantwoordelijkheid te geven en je kennis op een educatieve manier door te geven.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de teams zich houden aan de operationele procedures (voorraden, kassa's, koopwaar, magazijnbeheer).
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt minstens een jaar ervaring in het management van een middelgroot team (tussen 3 en 10 medewerkers) en in lokale coaching.
- Je bent een echte leider in hart en nieren en zet graag een stapje extra om de doelstellingen van de winkel te bereiken.
- Je hebt een grondig begrip van KPI's
- Je hebt een passie voor mode en zaken.
**Het wervingsproces**:
1) Interview met het wervingsteam van Courir
2) Interview met de manager en HR-manager
**Lid worden van het Courir-team betekent**:
- Kom werken bij een snelgroeiend bedrijf in Frankrijk en in het buitenland
- Het delen van een collectief avontuur naar meer verantwoorde mode (het recyclen van sneakers, de strijd tegen plasticvervuiling van de oceanen met The SeaCleaners, Pink October, enz.)
- Neem de controle over je carrière door te profiteren van een dynamisch HR-beleid (opleiding, onbeperkte toegang tot ons e-learningplatform, loopbaanontwikkeling, mobiliteit, coöptatie, enz.)
