**Tullett Prebon**

A world-leading intermediary in the wholesale financial and energy markets, Tullett Prebon seeks to maximise value for its clients' trading activities across voice, hybrid and pure electronic channels.

We offer broking services for a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Credit, FX, Rates and Insurance Derivatives.

Across all asset classes, Tullett Prebon offers e-solutions to give clients the choice to enter prices and execute trades electronically and directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers to help identify and negotiate trades.

**Midcap**

TP ICAP's Equity Research desk identifies investment opportunities in a wide range of small and mid-cap stocks listed in Paris and Europe. It produces a full range of publications: daily commentaries, fundamental and sectoral studies, etc.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Coverage of Italian and European Small and Mid Cap companies
- Promote your conviction to our Sales team and Investors
- Participation in meetings to present the results of listed companies
- Sector research
- Financial modelling and valuation Monitor markets and
- financial news and developments
- Redaction of financial analysis report

**Experience / Competences**:
Essential
- Fluent in English, Italian and French. Written and oral
- At least one year of experience as Sell Side or Buy Side analyst (internship experience considered)
- Clear communication skills - confident but with humility
- Good networking skills and emotional intelligence to build effective relationships
- Strong work ethic with a positive 'can-do' attitude and resilience
- Drive and ambition to learn and thrive in this fast-paced, high energy business
- Proficiency in IT tools (Office pack, Factset is a plus, extra-financial rating platforms)

Desired
- Master's degree in Finance or similar
