**The Team**:
**Data Referential is a team of financial data engineers in charge of managing the referential and end of day information on equity products.**We build/maintain data pipeline to deliver information to others CFM teams. The team is looking to support the growth of CFM by recruiting a data specialist in equities who can help us provide high-quality data for research and the production**:
**Mission**:
As a Data Engineer at CFM and in collaboration with your team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust pipelines to collect, monitor and distribute data to the firm. Your knowledge of the domain will help design new functional features that researchers can leverage on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse/revisit datasets and implement data pipelines in close collaboration with research, aimed at generating signals or trading
- Assure high level of data quality delivered to research and production
- Have in depth knowledge of the data we deliver (functional and technical)
- Join the team’s production support rotation
- Maintain existing pipelines either for new business requests or to follow markets/providers evolutions or to follow CFM technical stack
- Develop pipelines following CFM and DATA team's framework and rules guidelines
- Adapt processes to ensure they meet regulatory and security requirements (ie: DORA).

**SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
Qualifications that you need to succeed in this role:

- Proven experience in developing data pipelines
- Functional specialist in equities world
- Proficiency in programming languages and data processing frameworks (Python, Pandas, SQL etc.)
- Experience / knowledge with AWS will be appreciated
- Ability to switch quickly between different projects (significant context switching on a daily basis)
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, with a commitment to professional development and continuous learning
