Data Governance Supervisor

**ROLE**:
The Data Governance Supervisor will be part of Data Governance Office. You will report to the Head of Data Governance Office. You will be responsible for the structuration & deployment of the Data Governance Framework for a defined Data domain based on validated Strategic Priorities.

The Data Governance Office is part of the Group Data Office under Digital & Transformation Direction.

Data Governance Office mission statement is to create a unified and harmonized approach to Data Management to develop Data Value and accelerate the delivery of Data Products.

Our vision is to promote a Data Culture where Data is considered as a key Corporate and Competitive asset.

**The Data Governance office has 3 pillars**:
Build and drive the roadmap of the Data Transformation

Define, implement & operate the Data Governance

Deploy Data Management solutions (Data Management, Governance, Data Quality,)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To support its Data transformation acceleration, we are looking for a Program Manager who will act as the key coordinator by promoting Data Governance by design best practices.

You will contribute to the enrichment of our Data Governance Framework (Operating model, roles & responsibilities, policies & standards, Service catalog,...) for Commercial domain, understanding the current pain points and leveraging on her/his previous experience to provide guidance & optimize ways of working.

You will identify new business opportunities to achieve efficiency, by supporting change management activities.

You will ensure and lead the proper roll out the Data Governance roadmap (people, processes, tools) defined conjointly with the Data Governance Manager & validated with sponsors in the scope of key Commercial (Marketing & Sales) data initiatives and will define performance indicators (quality metrics) to monitor Data Transformation for the defined scope of Data

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Program Manager with 10 years of experiences in Data Governance & Management

Ability to solve complex problems with team spirit, drive & leadership skills

Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral

CMA CGM Business Knowledge and understanding of Marketing & Sales Data domain (BP - Customer, Prospect, Contact )

Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) end to end lifecycle

Experience in Change Management, including communication and culture of change

Excellent knowledge of Data practices (Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality)

Good knowledge of Data Products (Business Intelligence, Data Science, External Data Catalog)

Fluent in French & English
