**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Finance Department (OPEX Business Control), you will be part of the Intermodal Department and will work in close collaboration with the Operational staff.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Ensure and develop the steering of the Group's performance (analysis of operational expenses):

- Analyze the evolution of our OPEX in order to inform the Finance Department on performance
- Carry out the studies necessary for the management of OPEX following requests from the various departments of the Group (Finance Department and Operational Departments)
- Set up new KPIs for cost monitoring

**2. Analyze the Group's actual and forecasted results**:

- Coordinate and analyze the monthly (results), quarterly (PFA) and annual (budget) publications
- Reconciling the accounting evolution of our costs with the operational evolution (management follow-up)
- Produce quarterly cost evolution analyses for the Audit Committee
- Produce analyses for the OPEX Committee (post mortem analyses and projections)

3. Support the Department in the various transformation initiatives of the Group:

- Contribute to the unified platform project for performance management
- Work on the simplification of processes and the digitalization of reporting
- Coordinate system developments to refine the reading of the Group's profitability (new granularity of cost standards)

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in Controlling
- Masters’ degree in Finance [Controlling / Accounting major]
- Good level of English
- Mastery of IT tools: Excel, PPT, Qliksense
- Autonomous, sense of initiative, analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, rigorous, priority management
