We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence. Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. As a result, the need for us to be able to generate more and more qualified leads to nurture our Sales’ pipeline is key. Hence our search for -an experienced and highly talented - Ads Manager to run and optimise our campaigns You’ll also contribute and participate in projects that will increase our inbound pipeline and create new ways to capture leads. We need someone with a real understanding of a SaaS business, very strong analytics skills, proactive, with really good communication skills and a deep sense of ownership. **About the role** As an Ads Manager, your goal will be to generate qualified pipeline for our Sales team. Your daily tasks: - Define and implement the strategy across paid channels (Google Ads - SEA & Display -, Microsoft, Linkedin, Facebook) - Optimise campaign performance and manage budget allocation - Work cross functionally with brand and sales team to bring the most valuable leads in the pipe - Lead A/B tests and analyze our conversion funnel - Ensure the tracking of different data sources - Analyze and report performances - Test / Launch in new countries **Skills and competencies to succeed** - ~3 years of experience in ad campaign management - Previous experience in SaaS B2B - An ability to efficiently manage high budgets ( > 50K € / month). - A true Google Ads expert - Excellent analytical skills: - you are data centric and know how to implement ideas based on data insights. - you know how to clearly present complex situations with a strong density of KPIs. - action plan needs a level of priority and it's impact that lead your time allocation. - You're familiar with tracking issues, GDPR compliance, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads data limitation - Your knowledge in digital marketing is impressively solid - You can work in French & English (C1) - Adaptability is a skill you've developed through your experience dynamic fast-changing environments and you feel excited about this way of working. - You are an excellent team player, you love challenging problems to solve and work closely with different teams in the company to drive performance of paid channels. **Perks & Benefits** - Beautiful offices in the heart of Paris (9e arrondissement). - Flexibility to work remotely - ️ Top-notch tools to enhance your talent and support flawless delivery - Private medical insurance with Alan (incl. mental wellbeing) paid to 100% - Transportation reimbursement 50% (Navigo) - Lunch vouchers by Ekip for a more sustainable way of consuming - We cover a part of your Gymlib subscription, for a healthier lifestyle - A culture of autonomy and transparency and a team of highly talented and committed individuals. **The recruitment process** - Have an introduction call with Sabina, our Talent Acquisition Manager. - Meet our Team Lead Jean-Marie for an introduction to the role - Prepare and present a case study exercise - Get to know a member of your future team
