**About the job**

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Brasserie Restaurant, Brasserie Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager.

**As General Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Supervised and organized daily operations of the front-of-house team
- Led pre
- and post-service briefings and delegated service tasks
- Ensured cleanliness and compliance with setup and hygiene standards
- Managed inventory and monitored stock levels
- Participated in menu updates and implementation
- Delivered high-quality customer service and handled complaints professionally
- Encouraged upselling and ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handled billing, cash register operations, and end-of-day closure
- Trained new staff and ensured adherence to service standards
- Motivated the team, resolved internal conflicts, and promoted a positive work environment

**As Brasserie Supervisor we expect from you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in both French and English is required
