**Your New Role**
- Promote all WB releases in France to maximize media coverage.
- In coordination with the marketing department and your team, elaborate French publicity strategies in agreement with home office publicity strategy.
- Keep up to date on current social media platforms including identifying trends and best practices in community management and the entertainment field’s use of social media and influencers
**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Developing a strategy for the releases you’re in charged of, based on the target audience, the type of film, the director, actors, etc.
- In constant relationship with the different journalists/medias (phone and personal contact) to elaborate plans, to answer their needs/questions.
- Elaboration of plans with specific outlets/medias to champion the film.
- Coverage negotiations with the different media (print, TVs, digital, social networks, websites)
- Anticipating stories with specific media depending on the film.
- Spontaneous proposals to the different media of stories, interviews, etc. (i.e. out of junket requests.)
- Own research on movies if needed (historical, politic, true story type of film)
- Updating and supervising data base for all media through our Newsroom.
- Newsroom management
- In coordination with the product managers, build social media strategies, following research on the market and competition, and involving platform determination, messaging and audience identification for upcoming releases (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Games)
- Collaborate with all departments and teams to manage reputation, identify key influencers and coordinate actions
- Continuously improve Warner’s practices by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, metrics & insights
- In coordination with the product managers, manage the agency in charge of executing social media strategies, to ensure:
- The generation, publishing and sharing of daily content, building meaningful connections and engaging fans and communities
- The optimization of all company pages within each platform to increases Warner’s social content’s visibility
- The moderation of all user generated content, in line with industry standards, best practices & Warner’s medication policy
**Your Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in Theatrical publicity
- Proven working experience in PR & Media Relations
- Proven strong, accurate writing and speaking abilities
- Strong knowledge of offline and online medias
- Passionate about cinema
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
