- **Why We Are Hiring**
- In this context, we are looking for a Platform Engineering Manager responsible for ensuring the team consistently delivers, who fosters career advancement and maintains high team satisfaction levels while building foundational services for our cutting-edge Semarchy Data Platform.
- **What You Will Do**
- Build and lead a team of DevOps and Software Engineers responsible for building and maintaining a Platform enabling horizontal services
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers and architects to ensure that the Platform roadmap meets Product needs
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including task assignment, performance management, and professional development
- Promote the DevOps culture within the whole R&D team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Cloud infrastructure and DevOps culture
- Who you are and what you will bring to the team

**Must Have**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline
- You agree that it’s not just the software that counts, it’s also the people behind it
- You are knowledgeable of secure software development & architecture practices
- You are passionate about Developer experience
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with a strong empathic ability
You are fluent in English and French
- You have 3+ years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams in an agile context
- You have 5+ years of working experience building and releasing SaaS software with distributed architecture and devops practices using Java, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform and Flux.

**Nice to Have**
Experience with Identity and Access Management problem space & technologies in general and Keycloak in particular
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
