Junior Fpna Analyst

**Main Goal**:
HM.CLAUSE is recruiting a junior FP&A Analyst (H/F) on a 5-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of global General and Administrative (G&A) financials.
This position will support financial management efforts with accurate, clear, and timely analyses and regional reporting, as required in monthly and quarterly closings, forecasting/budgeting, and internal reporting.

This role will also involve scenario analysis in support of recommendations to senior management and various projects execution to increase operations performance.

**Job description**:
Your essential duties and responsabilities include (but are not limited to the following):
**Financial Reporting & Analyses**
- Work cross-functionally throughout the Marketing, Communications, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Quality Assurance organizations, serving as their primary financial analysis contact for OPEX and Headcounts.
- Provide insightful, accurate, and timely analysis and reporting of global G&A functional financial results.
- Assist in monthly reporting in IFRS and consolidation formats.
- Coordinate and prepare Operating Expenses (OPEX), Personnel Costs (PERC) and CAPEX monthly reporting.
- Perform ad hoc financial forecasting, analysis, and modeling as required.

**Forecast and Budget**
- Support the FP&A Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities, including planning, preparation, assumptions and consolidation by ensuring alignment with Group, Business Line, and Business Unit guidelines.
- Participate in intercompany flow reconciliation during the budget process.

**Financial Data Management**
- Assist to the structuring and maintenance of financial datasets especially to support cost center maintenance and Chart of Account management
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business process efficiency, developing standardized methodologies, and harmonizing financial tools and procedures.
- Assist the FP&A team in documenting robust processes and controls to monitor both financial and non-financial KPIs, leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline and integrate reporting workflows.

**What we expect of you**:

- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
- Beginners accepted and up to 3 years of experience in finance.
- English fluency is required.
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience consolidating data, cash-flow analysis, a plus,
- Experience working in an international environment a plus.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards, SAP Hana, Oracle Hyperion a plus
