**Senior Project Manager - RWE/NIS**
**Full time position**

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to conduct real-world (non-interventional) patient studies for our clients: pharmaceutical companies, medical technology companies, biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers, medical researchers... You will also be responsible of the quality and efficiency of projects managed by Junior Project Managers.

**Your main missions, working with a multidisciplinary team (pharmacists, statisticians, engineers, sales representatives )**:

- Oversee the conduct of prospective observational studies coordinating project teams of 2-4 people: literature review, study design, development of protocol and questionnaire, regulatory procedures, data collection, in-depth analysis of data, drafting of study report and presentation of results to the client.
- Ensure the management of the client relationship during projects and provide qualitative, quantitative, and scientific consulting.
- Participate in the leading of scientific committees and support scientific communications.
- Identify, select and manage external providers.
- Contribute to the professional development of team members and share knowledge with the project team and the extended team
- Demonstrate RWE expertise to contribute to the development of proposals with the business development team
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies: data linkage (connected devices, health insurance data...), decentralized clinical trials.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve Carenity's offering for patients, collaborators, and customers.

**Required profile**:

- **Prerequisites**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in management of Real-World Evidence/ Non Interventional studies (preference studies, registries/ databases, epidemiological studies, patient studies) or Clinical trials, preferably in a CRO or in a consulting company
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Excellent analytical, writing and synthesis skills, with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights
- Client oriented, with demonstrable skills of client relationship management
- Autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with your team and your clients
- Ability to manage and share knowledge with team members
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for health studies
- Knowledge of requirements of HTA bodies regarding RWE and/ or experience submitting RWE data to HTA bodies in different countries
- Willingness to get involved in an ambitious high growth company.
- Master’s degree or PhD (engineering school, statistics, biology, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy )

**The extra mile ;-)**:

- Experience in a consulting company is a plus
- A first experience in the use of the SNDS (National Health Data System) is a plus
- Mastering of one or more of the following software packages: R, SAS, STATA, Excel (VBA)
- Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Proficiency in one or more additional languages.
