JMJ LOCATION EPINAL recrute, pour renforcer son équipe, et accompagner notre collaborateur en place, un employé(e) Rent H/F

Aux côtés d' Erick, vous ferez preuve de polyvalence et réaliserez les missions suivantes:

- Accueil de la clientèle (au comptoir / par téléphone ),
- Découverte précise du besoin de votre client
- Conseil portant sur les produits et services proposés par l'entreprise,
- Vente de produits et services,
- Gestion des réservations et vérification de la disponibilité des véhicules
- Livraison et reprise des véhicules,
- Facturation / encaissement,
- Vérification du véhicule (départ et retour),
- Planification et suivi de réparations éventuelles sur véhicules,
- Organisation de l'activité de préparation et ponctuellement nettoyage des véhicules mis à disposition des clients.
- Gestion des réclamations & litiges

Vous avez un rôle opérationnel important et participez au développement commercial de l'agence.

Vous tenez administrativement l'agence grâce à la tenue rigoureuse des missions suivantes:
Établissement et suivi des contrats de location,
- Enregistrement / modification ou annulation des réservations,
- Établissement, transmission et classement de tous documents internes, administratifs et comptables,
- Classement et mise à jour de la documentation professionnelle,
- Application des procédures qualité en vigueur dans l'entreprise,
- Production de tableaux de bord / de rapport d'activité (suivi des mouvements de voiture, état du parc...)

Profil recherché:
Votre implication, votre connaissance du secteur, ainsi que votre dynamisme vous permettront de gérer parfaitement cette mission.

Idéalement vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans la location de véhicules, sinon dans le conseil et la gestion de clients BtoB, BtoC.

Afin de satisfaire vos missions, vous êtes titulaire du permis B, et idéalement vous pouvez entretenir une communication en Anglais.
