Senior Sre

**Sweep is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), based in France, to help us ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.**:
You will collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement cutting-edge, automated infrastructure to support both our core platform and AI-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong DevOps background, expertise in AWS and possibly AI/ML infrastructure, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
As part of the engineering team, you will:
**1. Own the technical infrastructure of Sweep ️**
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure for the Sweep Data platform and AI workloads.
- Establish and monitor metrics, dashboards, and alerts to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Develop scalable infrastructure to support the machine learning model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead incident response and post-mortem reviews, ensuring continuous improvement in reliability practices

**2. Facilitate collaboration**
- Work closely with the engineering and QA teams to improve our product's performance
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize and scale AI/ML pipelines and workloads.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in reliability and operational excellence across the engineering team

**3. Focus on security and compliance**
- Implement security measures and data protection protocols
- Maintain and contribute to Sweep strong level of compliance including SOC2 and ISO

**4. Continuously improve and learn**
- Use a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to building fault-tolerant systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we're always building on solid foundations

**Qualifications**
- Senior experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar software engineering role
- Good knowledge of AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Terraform
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Knowledge and experience in data modeling, database design, and data management
- Familiarity with high-traffic systems
