**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Engineering Department in Pylos, the Landscaping Supervisor is responsible for planning, prioritising, assigning, supervising, training, reviewing and participating in the work of colleagues responsible for landscape maintenance. The Landscaping Supervisor reports to the Director of Engineering.

**As**Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Ensure all landscape of the resort is maintained according to applicable Regulations, Policies and Procedures and requirements under FLHSSE.
- Establish inventory, schedules, and methods for providing maintenance and repair services. Identify and review needs with the management, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Maintain all records as required and make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing Standards and Procedures.
- Perform purchasing duties of all maintenance and repair equipment and supplies, and seek any other required assistance within engineering department to fulfil duties.
- Work closely with the Engineering Management to carry out all other duties assigned.
- Perform the duties of a supervisor, such as management, timekeeping, performance review, administration, etc.

**As**Landscaping Supervisor, we expect from you**:

- EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
- A Degree or Diploma on agriculture.
- Proven working experience in the field.
- Understanding on cultivating plants, trees, grass and on how to keep it on their optimum level.
- Understanding on fire prevention and pest control.
- Fluency in English & Greek.
