Emea Analytics Solution Architect

Background and hands-on experience with at least one Data Warehouse platform or MPP tool (Amazon Redshift, Oracle Exadata, Teradata, Snowflake, BigQuery, Netezza, etc.)
- Knowledge of some relevant languages, tools and frameworks (e.g SQL, Query Plans, python)
- Experience engaging successfully with internal or external stakeholders delivering solutions to help businesses succeed
- Fluent business English

As an Acceleration Lab Solution Architect you will be a hands on helping our customers across EMEA with Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution architectures. You will partner with other SAs, Account Managers, Business Development teams and the Data Warehouse Service teams to enable customer adoption and accelerate their journey into production.

Acceleration Lab Solution Architects innovate and scale architectural best practices around building and operating Data Warehouse & Analytics workloads by collaborating with key customers, developing content and enabling the wider community on best practice.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge around high-volume, large scale analytics, help shape AWS services and leverage this expertise to guide AWS customers in multiple sectors across EMEA. Your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions, with the opportunity to define and implement cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases.

Acceleration Lab Solution Architects develop repeatable mechanisms, POC processes, white papers, blogs, reference implementations, labs, and presentations to build efficiency into the way that customers accomplish POCs.
