Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

**Location**: Paris (11e arrondissement)

**Mission**: As we continue to grow the brand in the Japanese market, we are on a mission to make the brand known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting an influence marketing manager.

**Responsibilities**
- **Sourcing and seeding**: Source, gift, and follow-up new on-brand influencers every month.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate the best deals with influencers and/or influencers’ agents.
- **Influencer campaign strategy and execution**: Execute strong and creative campaigns with our influencers. Craft the creative briefs, ship the products, and follow up the influencers.
- **Performance analysis and reporting**: Analyze all the operations and improve for the future campaigns.
- **Relationship management**: Develop a group of Brand Ambassadors for regular seedings and activations (including meet-ups and events) and maintain relationship with the influencers who post about Typology Paris regularly.

**Specific Skills**
- ** Market familiarity** : has depth knowledge on the social media / influencer landscape in Japan
- **Project management** : ability to execute multiple campaigns in parallel
- **Analytics** : knowledge of tracking, Web analytics and tools (CPM, ROI, audience measuring tools such as Google Analytics, ability to manage and keep track of a budget)
- **Growth mindset** : has proven experience in scaling the brand for the company or clients
- **Commercial & relational** : ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection with key contacts
- **Creativity** : ability to bring innovation to our influence campaigns with creative concepts and a solid knowledge of the US influencer marketing market and trends

**Profile**
- Native proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty/fashion or lifestyle sectors for the Japanese market
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical/reporting skills
- Strong interest in the cosmetics or the beauty sector
- Genuine enthusiasm for social media trends, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok
- Experience in the fast paced environment
