Export Assistant

Overview:
Bruker offers differentiated, high-value life science and diagnostics systems and solutions in preclinical imaging, clinical phenomics research, proteomics and multiomics, spatial and single-cell biology, functional structural and condensate biology, as well as in clinical microbiology and molecular diagnostics.

Biocentric, a Bruker company, based in Bandol (France) commercializes in vitro diagnostic tests for the biological monitoring of infectious diseases such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis B (HBV) and Tuberculosis. To support its export activities, we are looking for an export assistant. Based at the head office in Bandol, the export assistant will assist the Export manager in preparing all export operations

We are looking for our office in Bandol as of now in a restricted role in full-time for an **Export Assistant** (M/F/d)

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of the Export Control process for all international shipments
- Export control formalities (end-user certificate, classification of export suppliers)
- Legal procedures and compliance monitoring for all export orders
- Processing and management of distributor contracts and due diligence, transfer prices
- Adaptation of administrative and documentary monitoring to geographical areas (chambers of commerce, clearance formalities, forwarders)
- Assisting the Export Sales Manager in the organization of all shipments (preparation of quotation, packing list, invoicing)

Qualifications:

- Bac +3, specialized in international trade
- Specific knowledges of incoterms 2020 and transport regulations
- English (Fluent)
- Knowledge of legal and international environment
- Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of ERP system is a plus (Sage 100)
